Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, downloadable products, and opened health or personal care items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Shipping Costs
