Returns

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and opened health or personal care items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
